Formal Authorization/Description

This project is intended to evaluate Santa’s Workshop into a profitable company. After analyzing their opportunity and strength,  narrowed down on a few missed opportunities that need to be addressed to reach a higher level and. become profitable.

Project Scope

The intended release of Santa’s Workshop will be on April 1, 2020. I composed a list of key milestones to accomplished in order to stay under budget and on schedule for the release date.

  • Hire a team with different skill sets- a graphic designer, content creator, Marketing inter, game coder, website developer- November 2019
  • Create a company logo – November 2019
  • Complete the game to be fully functional – December 2019
  • Create a social media presence-December 2019
  • SEO Content for pages- December 2020
  • Game testing and user feedback – January 2020
  • Marketing across all social channels- January 2020
  • Create engaging images to give the brand identity.-January 2020

A few milestones we would like to complete are:

  • Complete the game design – December 2019
  • Functioning website – January 2020
  • Social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, SnapChat -January 2020
  • Come under budget by $1,000 – March 2020

Project Budget

  • Project Cost: $5,500
  • Total hours: 200
  • Project manager: 50 hours x $35 hour = $1,750
  • Content writer: 10 hours x $25 hour = $250
  • Graphic designer: 40 hours x $25 hour = $1,000
  • Game coder: 40 hours x $25 hour = $1,000
  • Marketing intern: 20 hours x $25 hour = $500
  • Website developer: 40 hours  x $25 hour = $1,000
